| A unique innovation in the study concept of the Hochschule der Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe is the interrelation of university education and elements of advanced professional training. It is for the first time in the German educational environment that an approved accreditation agency has co-accredited educational performances achieved outside the university sector, namely within the in-house career progression and advanced training system of the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe. The Hochschule der Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe can credit these co-accredited educational performances of the Savings Banks Academies on the course work for its bachelors degree programs. Transfer of credit is granted for as much as one third of the whole course work toward a bachelor’s degree. |
